I believe these processing plants are located in Third World countries and ultimately contribute to serious land and air pollution in those countries. Yes, they provide low paying jobs, but their environment pays the ultimate price. Prove me wrong.Recently, in the men’s washroom at Saskatoon airport, I observed a devout elderly Muslim man from Bangladesh struggling to lift his feet to wash them in the sink before his prayers.

Many of our local taxi drivers are also Muslim.
