A pig in a poke?
Perhaps I’m being cynical, but I think Trudeau is selling Canadians a pig in a poke. His government intends to mandate that all new passenger vehicles and light trucks sold in Canada after 2035 must be electric zero-emission vehicles. Electrifying vehicles is a step in the right direction given the horrendous consequences of global warming, but when will there be enough viable charging stations? Long-distance driving in the dead of winter could prove to be bone-chilling.
