Why are so many neighbours who find themselves close to one of Vancouver’s Moderate Income Housing Pilot Projects so unhappy? The reason goes back to the lack of adequate provincial or federal funding for affordable rentals.

Also, why don’t the provincial or federal governments set up programs allowing some new market rentals to be managed by a non-profit with subsidized rents?No need for more trainingJust because a single truck driver blows through a stop sign doesn’t mean there needs to be more training for new truckers. It’s also not just about trucks since cars and motorcycles also ignore stop signs.

But our current prime minister makes them all look like choirboys. Trudeau’s followers continue to worship his every word. He can do no wrong. I become very agitated when well-meaning citizens protest that their guns are innocent of harm. I know of three incidents where guns were to blame when children killed people by accident.
