With 18 years still to go before 2041, and with Quebec the only customer known to be in the pipeline, we are once again already putting a team in place for detailed discussions with that single customer. Also 730 kilometres — that’s about the same distance to go from the southern tip of Labrador to Nova Scotia. From there, undersea through the Bay of Fundy to the Boston/New York area is also about 700 kilometres.
But the question is, will this — like the earlier Vision2041 approach — be given"little consideration?" Or does it present, possibly, another"important and viable alternative" that could offer some flexibility ?
