My first thoughts when I walked through the door the door this morning, Monday, Oct. 16, was,"Ugh, what a miserable morning."This morning was Prince Philip Drive, as I passed the Confederation I saw the so called"Tent City" .

'This is a new beginning for us': Friday the 13th ended up being lucky for three couples living in tent city in St. John's"These people have to get up and get breakfast in this miserable weather." Then it struck me government is their caregiver – why aren't they charged or at least held to account?
