Now, as audiences wait for Dune: Part Two, LEGO has unveiled a detailed upcoming set that brings to life elements of the first film. The set, which will retail for $164.99 and release on February 1, 2024, includes 1369 pieces in total. The ornithopter features "fold-out, flappable wings, deployable landing gear and an opening cockpit," and measures 9" high, 22" long and 31" wide.

The first film sees Paul and the Atreides family arrive on Arrakis before suffering a substantial defeat at the hands of the Harkonnens. His house decimated, the Dune cliffhanger ending sees Paul and his mother join the Fremen, setting off into the desert for Stilgar's sietch.
Villeneuve's sequel is expected to largely pick up where things left off, with Paul becoming one with the Fremen and growing closer to Chani . The Dune: Part Two cast features a host of familiar faces and newcomers, including Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Christopher Walken, Léa Seydoux, Tim Blake Nelson, and Charlotte Rampling.
As the Dune: Part Two trailers have revealed, the upcoming sequel will be more action-packed than the first, with Villeneuve previously teasing as much when discussing his approach to the franchise. While Baron Harkonnen very much remains an antagonistic force, the trailers affirm that Butler's Feyd-Rautha will be a central villain in the new film. Dune: Part Two was originally set to release this November, but the film will now bow in March due to the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike.
