Bill de Blasio’s well-regarded national debate performance last week did nothing to lift his sagging poll numbers

De Blasio declared his candidacy May 16, and has been traveling to the early voting states of Iowa, New Hampshire and Nevada with his wife, Chirlane McCray, and a small campaign staff.
