Boys basketball: Late rally lifts Beaumont West Brook past Summer Creek

Summer Creek’s Cameron Patterson and Bryson Wheatfall , pictured earlier this season, fell short in a tight game against Beaumont West Brook on Tuesday.Summer Creek had a lot of momentum coming into Tuesday’s District 21-6A game against Beaumont West Brook.

It’s the second straight district home loss for Summer Creek . The Bulldogs are now tied with C.E. King for fourth place in the district standings. West Brook improved to 20-6 and 4-1 in league play. “The whole time I thought that they were much more aggressive than us for some reason. It threw me for a loop. They just outbattled us that fourth quarter.”
