Broncos player Morgan Gobeil, injured in crash, leaves after 333 days in the hospital
Humboldt Broncos hockey player Morgan Gobeil, shown in a handout photo, is finally being released from the hospital after he spent 333 days since the team bus crash on April 6.The final Humboldt Broncos player who was injured in a bus crash nearly a year ago has been released from hospital, but still has a tough road ahead.
Gobeil suffered a traumatic brain injury, multiple skull fractures, three facial fractures, broken ribs and lacerations to his liver and spleen. “During his time at the hospital, Morgan has celebrated his high school graduation, his brother’s wedding, his 19th birthday, several holidays and he has witnessed the change of all four seasons.”
