45-year-old Matthew Werner of Las Vegas is accused of multiple sexual assaults in North Hollywood, Mid-City, Hollywood, and Woodland Hills, some dating back to 2015, according to the LAPD.
Police said Werner, who is originally from Massachusetts, allegedly used different names on dating apps and social media to target women.
