Weather permitting, this work will be performed around-the-clock on two consecutive weekends from 9 p.m. Sept. 8 to 6 a.m. Sept. 11 and then 9 p.m. Sept. 15 to 6 a.m. Sept. 18. A lane restriction will be in place in both directions of I-83 during work hours. Motorists should be alert and drive with caution through the work zone, a press release said.
