The country band formerly known as Lady Antebellum is suing a blues singer over the use of the name Lady A - despite her claiming to have used it for 20 years.

Now Lady Antebellum Is Suing a Black Performer Over the Name 'Lady A'Last month, the band Lady Antebellum awoke one morning, took note of the current climate, and decided to change its name to Lady A. Fine. The problem is, that name was already taken by a Black blues singer named Anita White.
