Nick Kyrgios insists spectator 'who looks like she's had 700 drinks' gets ejected as frustrations grow in Wimbledon final Wimbledon
Fans have seen the good and bad side of Nick Kyrgios’ game in what’s been an intriguing battle with Novak Djokovic in the Wimbledon men’s singles final.
First-time finalist Kyrgios was not going to let the occasion stop him showboating, either; he did a trademark underarm serve in his first service game and later a ‘tweener’ volley through his legs. But he picked it apart in the fourth game of the second, breaking to love with the help of an outrageous net cord on break point.
And the match being levelled certainly didn’t sit well with Kyrgios, who cut an animated figure on the court and in his chair when both players were having their break. Kyrgios kept up his high standard of tennis going into the third set but he also kept up his running commentary of what he made of things.
