The Seattle Kraken and Vince Dunn have agreed on a two-year, $8-million contract.
Dunn was one of a group of 17 restricted free agents that filed for salary arbitration this off-season. He and the Kraken avoided arbitration by agreeing to Friday's deal.
The Mississauga, Ont., native was selected by Seattle in the Expansion Draft, ending his tenure with the St. Louis Blues after four seasons. Through those four campaigns, Dunn amassed 102 points and averaged 17:23 minutes of ice per night, skating a career-high average of 19:15 in 2020-21., and avoid posting profanity, personal attacks or harassment.
