Kosovo postpones decisions on car plates, entry-exit documents with Serbia

Kosovo delays its plan to require Serbs to register for new license plates issued by Pristina as well as entry-exit documents at border crossing points with Serbia for 30 days, says country’s PM Albin Kurti, calling for all barricades to be removed
