Police in Peel Region have arrested a known sex offender in connection with reports of an indecent act in a Brampton neighbourhood. Richard Walker, 50, was arrested and charged with committing an indecent act in a public place and failure to comply with a prohibition order. Investigators believe there may be additional victims and are urging them to come forward.
