Your creation or release of a Project or Participant Materials or your engagement in any other Hackathon-related activities, do not obligate the Foundation to provide you with any Prize awards or any other Hackathon benefits. “Participant Materials” means any materials or information provided by you to the Foundation in connection with the Hackathon.
“Judging Panel” means the team of individuals who will select certain teams as prize winners of different tracks and bounties for the Hackathon.“Additional Funding Opportunities” means any additional monetary contributions, whether in the form of investments, grants and incubators opportunities, that are subject to terms and conditions beyond the scope of the Hackathon.
