As you collect coins and diamonds from mini-games, you'll be able to visit the Waddle Dee village to fight in the colosseum, try your hand at feeding the villagers in a set time limit or more importantly, stop by the blacksmith.
At the Waddle Dee blacksmith, you can upgrade each of the game's abilities for more punch and perhaps some secondary attacks on top. The upgrades add depth and encourage players to experiment with different playstyles, but there's more. Developer HAL Laboratory has also added a new system called 'Mouthful Mode', which allows you to swallow whole items such as cars, vending machines and iron gates – each transforming Kirby into something else entirely.
