Invictus Entertainment Group is bringing a phenomenal show to The Machine Shop in Sault Ste. Marie on April 17th. Multi-platinum country singer-songwriter Kip Moore is set to hit The Machine Shop as part of his highly anticipated Solitary Tracks World Tour this spring. The Machine Shop is one of only 12 stops on the Canadian run of Moore’s tour. Moore will be joined by special guest Riley Taylor at this Soo stop.

Kip Moore has been hailed as “an uncompromising, genre-defying artist firing on all cylinders” (Vice/Noisey) and “one of country’s more thoughtful artists” (Billboard). Moore has 2.5 million monthly streaming listeners, has released five critically acclaimed albums and penned over a dozen chart-topping singles, including hits “Something ‘ Bout a Truck,” “Hey Pretty Girl,” “Beer Money,” and “More Girls Like You”. Moore is renowned for his signature sound, playing blistering live shows in stadiums, arenas, and theaters around the globe; he has been lauded by Rolling Stone as “one of country music’s most tireless and powerful live draws”. ‘We know that Moore is poised for a monumental year with the release of his album Solitary Tracks and this incredible world tour in support of this phenomenal album,” said an Invictus spokesperson. “We are absolutely thrilled that Moore will be playing at The Machine Shop, which is a fantastic venue for live music in this area.” Kip Moore is an American country music singer and songwriter, born in 1980, who lives in Kentucky, and co-manages a lodge for outdoor enthusiasts there. He’s currently signed with Virgin Music Group in a global deal. In his free time, he enjoys carpentry, rock climbing, surfing, and hiking. He lives alone and has never been married, stating that he “values his alone time, and will probably be the last bachelor standing.” Moore has also stated that he is “hyper-focussed” on the music, and when he isn’t playing on the road, he’s in the studio creating and writing. This hyper-focus has obviously paid off, with five nominations in the American Country Awards and the Country Music Association Awards since 2012, and over one billion streams of his music in his career. Moore’s Solitary Tracks album is like nothing he has done before. The first half marks an acknowledgement of his solitary place, while its second part is the start of a new phase for him. The 23 songs will be split over four sides, and is in total, a testament to Moore’s drive to pave his own path and explore new horizons.
