Having written a few speeches for a past Liberal leader, this writer knows that is what most of those Liberal delegates were thinking at that exact moment: “Hmm. I hope he, they, know something I don’t.”
Given the fact that enough women and Quebeckers presently dislike/distrust Poilievre, his lead in the polls is actually remarkable. But if he figures out a way to untie that Gordian demographic knot, watch out, Liberal delegates. You’re going the way of every provincial Liberal party. Dodo time. Ta ta.
