Donald Hill, 35, of Centreville, will serve a period of imprisonment in the community for wounding an individual, thereby committing aggravated assault.
The conditional sentence will be followed by 12 months of probation. The court imposed a 10-year weapons prohibition against Hill and granted a primary DNA order. Judge Christopher Manning handed Melvin a 120-day conditional sentence order with house arrest for the first 60 days, to be followed by daily curfew from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. for the remaining time. The conditional sentence will be followed by 12 months of probation.
Hirtle changed her plea to guilty to the possession of stolen property charge and pleaded guilty to the mischief charge on May 6. Judge Angela Caseley sentenced Hirtle to one day in custody deemed served on the possession of stolen property charge and a suspended sentence with 12 months of probation on both charges.
