“This year because I’m like, freaking out, I want a zen, CBD-themed baby shower, that is the theme,” Kardashian says
Kim Kardashian West is planning a cannabinoid-themed baby shower, she revealed to the E! network while promoting her new line of sunglasses.
The shower’s theme is cannabidiol, or CBD, the cannabis-derived, psychoactive-but-non-intoxicating ingredient du jour that is popping up as an ingredient in everything from topicals to pills to beauty products. The shower will include a tea ceremony, massages and crystals, but despite the relaxed theme Kardashian West says she’s “high key freaking out” about the impending birth.The baby is the fourth child and second son of Kardashian West and husband Kanye West. Due to a medical condition, Kardashian West is having this baby by surrogate, as she did her previous child, meaning certain restrictions are off the table.
