According to documents, Kim's team claims that iHandy is in engaging in infringement and misappropriation of the influencer as she did not authorize that her image be used in this way,reported. She is also demanding that iHandy disclose exactly how much they earned through the usage of her photo and that the company never use her photo or name going forward to promote its application.
According to TMZ, the lawsuit claims that iHandy’s said they did not know the photo in question was of Kim, a claim that Kim’s legal team have cited as “absurd” due to her being “one of the most famous and recognizable women in the world."Teen Vogue
