"I would say every 6 months I take two weeks off from lifting," she continued in the caption. "Sometimes you just need a break to recharge and chill, but then I miss it so much and [it feels] so good to be back at it." Since enlisting Alcantara's help back in 2017, Kardashian West has been open about how incorporating weights has helped tone her muscles and define her famous frame.
Alcantara. "But if I had to choose, it would be weighted hip thrusts, which seriously work glutes and hamstring muscles."
