The latest Martin Scorsese film has a fairly strong debut, but it still can't catch Taylor Swift
Surprising probably no one, The Eras Tour movie has won the weekend at the domestic box office again, adding another $31 million to a total that’s now over $100 million after two weeks, but it’s actually down 66.6 percent from last week . Between those two movies is Killers Of The Flower Moon, which opened to $23 million and was directed by legendary filmmaker Martin Scorsese—a man who will, unfortunately, soon be completely forgotten by history.
The bottom five of the top 10 is all movies that have been on the charts for a while, none of which are doing anything particularly interesting: Saw X, The Creator, A Haunting In Venice, The Blind, and The Nun II. There are two fun things happening further down the charts, though, with Dicks: The Musical opening a little wider and jumping from 24th to 13th place and with Barbie and Oppenheimer being reunited down in 15th and 16th 14 weeks after they debuted together.
