Killam’s fourth quarter and year-end results show a 4.7 per cent overall same property net operating income growth in 2022, which, in a release, president and CEO Phil Fraser attributed to “unprecedented demand for apartments, growing interest in seasonal MHC resorts, and strong leasing in our commercial business.”
The company completed three developments in Ontario during the year, adding what it calls “high quality” buildings to its portfolio, all at or near capacity. In addition, three development projects are underway that will contribute an additional 320 units.
