Christine Baumgartner filed for divorce from the “Yellowstone” star in May after 18 years of marriage.
Christine Baumgartner filed new legal documents in which she states an emergency hearing over their belongings is unnecessary, as she claims she provided Costner’s attorney with “pictures of the items she plans to remove,”A hearing to ensure she didn’t “strip the house bare” is “uncalled for,” she states.
However, in her new filing, Baumgartner explains that she rented an off-site storage unit in preparation for her move and already has stored her Peloton bike, family heirlooms, clothing and keepsakes from friends. She also moved silverware, pots, pans and some swivel chairs to her storage unit, and is requesting a “mother/daughter horse picture” from the now-former couple’s Aspen, Colo., estate.
