Bailey has been with the Ohio State program for seven years. His current title is senior advisor to head coach Ryan Day after serving for three years as a quality-control coach, primarily working with quarterbacks and wide receivers.this past offseason when Stover transitioned back to tight end. He said they worked at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center three nights a week.
