KBS makes the decision to restrict Yoo Ah In's appearance on their network
KBS bans celebrities who have caused social controversy with illegal or immoral acts and limits their appearance on their broadcast. Celebrities who have been charged with assault and sexual harassment, evasion of military service, habitual drug use and marijuana smoking, fraud, theft, gambling, and other cases of civil/criminal prosecution fall under the category of banned individuals with restricted broadcast appearances.
KBS and Yoo Ah In have had a long-term relationship. Yoo Ah In debuted in 2004 through the KBS 2TV coming-of-age drama ', the main character of the drama. Although he did not play a large part in the play, his charming appearance and fresh charm caused a sensation. Despite being a sub-male lead, Yoo Ah In gained immense popularity from the drama.
