And, despite being a royal, Kate Middleton experienced that same struggle when she was pregnant with her first child, Prince George, according to reports.
The royal couple, who have reportedly planned out one last "normal" summer for the kids ahead of their move , reportedly had a list of potential names for their new arrival at the time, depending on if it was a boy or girl. Royal expert Katie Nicholl told Vanity Fair magazine: “Courtiers insisted the pair had not found out the sex of their unborn baby, and friends close to the couple claim William wanted a surprise.
Katie continued: “Kate was reported to have affectionately referred to her bump as ‘our little grape’ while she was pregnant, and there was a flurry of betting on possible names.”
