Kanye West's lawyer is making custody a top priority as she seeks to establish a formal arrangement between West and his ex-wife Kim Kardashian
Before the Super Bowl, Kanye was seen with his children at the Donda 2 concert in Miami. Sources told DailyMail.com that Kim sent three of their children to the show, but North was unable to go as she had a big test at school she did not want to miss.
Insiders have told TMZ the exes barely speak to one another and have not communicated in some time. This, of course, makes coming to an agreement tough. 'She and Kanye don't see eye to eye on a lot of things which is very unfortunate, but it's what she's dealing with,' the source said. 'It's a daily struggle and she hopes they can soon coparent amicably.'
But Kim took umbrage at the suggestion she was holding back from letting Kanye see North, responding in his comments: 'Please stop with this narrative, you were just here this morning picking up the kids for school.' In Kanye's original post, he wrote: 'This was on my daughters back pack when I was 'allowed' to see her last week This is why I go so hard for my family.'
