A recent surveillance video reveals singer Justin Timberlake driving slowly on an empty street moments before his arrest for driving while intoxicated in the Hamptons, N.Y.on Long Island around 12:30 a.m. local time on Tuesday. He was pulled over by Sag Harbor police, who alleged he drove his 2025 BMW through a stop sign at Madison Street and Jermain Avenue. Authorities said Timberlake’s car was seen weaving on the road.
Though Timberlake told authorities he drank only one martini, he “performed poorly” during a sobriety test, the documents maintain.
