The companies will have to sell off some assets to Dish Network, including Virgin Mobile and Boost Mobile.a $26 billion merger between cellphone carriers Sprint and T-Mobile, the country’s third- and fourth-largest telecommunications companies.
The companies will also have to give Dish access to at least 20,000 cell sites and hundreds of retail locations, as well as allow Dish to use their combined network for seven years while Dish builds out its own 5G network.
