Kevin Costner scored a victory in court Wednesday amid his divorce from his estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner.
A judge ordered the handbag designer, 49, to move out of their shared family home by July 31, upholding the terms of their existing prenup,Baumgartner’s attorneys, however, argued that she didn’t have enough time or money to find another place to live by the end of the month. Costner, 68, responded to his estranged wife’s petition the following day, asking for joint custody of the children as well.The mom of three’s lawyers asked for an extension until Aug. 15, but it was rejected.
