The target demographic for the boxing clash between former UFC stars Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz might be a little occupied on June 1.
As a result, the fight has moved from June 1 at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, to July 6 at the Honda Center in Anaheim. The primary motive behind the shift was to avoid conflict with UFC 302, which takes place on June 1 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey and is headlined by a light heavyweight title tilt betweenMasvidal vs. Diaz will take place over 10 rounds and will be contested at 175 pounds.
Masvidal and Diaz initially fought for the inaugural BMF title at UFC 244 in November 2019, with “Gamebred” winning via doctor stoppage after three rounds.
