However, Jordan refutes their father's statements and says they have always been the same. Gen V first introduces Jordan Li's bi-gender ability in Gen V's episode 1 when Marie tries to land a spot in Professor Brink's Crime Fighting school but is denied entry by Jordan and Brink. They later put their ability on display when they visit a club with Luke, Cate, Andre, and Marie.
This explains why they were one of Brink's favorite students and ranked second before Luke's death changed Godolkin University's rankings. Given how Gen V has already established them as one of the primary characters and has also proven how incredibly high they rank in terms of strength and skill in the supe hierarchy, Jordan Li and their powers will have immense significance in the franchise's overarching storyline.
