Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT The legal team for Jonathan Majors, who plays Kang in the MCU, has been accused of pulling publicity stunts amid his ongoing domestic violence case. Jonathan Majors' future in the MCU is up for question pending the results of this case, but a new filing by New York prosecutors has helped to fan the flames.
A new motion obtained by Rolling Stone now details the involvement of the UK's Metropolitan Police, which prosecutors allege Majors' legal team has involved in an array of publicity stunts, including leaking of misrepresented court documents and attempting to have the Met Police distribute wanted fliers for Majors' ex-girlfriend.
This new motion, meanwhile, is suggesting that Majors and his legal team are engaging in a campaign to discredit the case through allegedly leaking video footage and images around the incident to support his claims. Majors is set to appear in court tomorrow, Wednesday, October 25, where he could face up to a year if convicted. This trial was initially set for August 3 but was postponed last minute following a request by Assistant D.A Kelli Galaway for more time for discovery.
