An attorney for Majors, Dustin Pusch, criticized the DA's office for deciding "unilaterally and without explanation" not to prosecute Jabbari. In a statement provided to EW, Pusch also called it "a serious injustice that the District Attorney continues to move forward with its case against ."star reportedly alleged that Jabbari had caused him to bleed after scratching, slapping, and grabbing at his face.
