Joanna Jedrzejczyk will become the second female fighter ever to be inducted to the Ultimate Fighting Championship Hall of Fame when she enters the Modern Era wing this summer.

Arguably the greatest strawweight in MMA history, Jedrzejczyk defended her title five times before losing it to Rosa Namajunas in 2017. Jedrzejczyk failed to regain the title despite multiple bids, albeit delivering some of the most memorable fights in history. Jedrzejczyk’s UFC 248 title loss against Weil Zhang, where the Polish fighter suffered a gruesome hematoma, is considered to be one of the greatest bouts ever. Jedrzejczyk retired after a knockout loss to Zhang at UFC 275 in 2022, hanging up her gloves with a 16-5 record.
