, Jimmy and his wife, Nancy Juvonen, got candid about having those two very cute kids together. In the"Ask the Fallons" segment of the show , the couple were asked,"How did you know you were ready to have kids?"
"We were ready when we got married. . . . And you love kids and I love kids," Nancy said."That was just the plan, it wasn't even [an], 'Are you ready?' It was just, 'Now how are we going to do this?'" The couple have been open about their journey to parenthood, noting that they tried hard to start a family for about five years before turning to surrogacy to have both of their girls."That was an interesting time," Jimmy said of the years they were trying to conceive. Nancy added:"So that was five years of really, really, really, really, really deciding not to give up, and at a certain point it just had to become almost like a job.
The couple went on to joke a bit about the hoops they had to jump through while trying to conceive."I had magnets in my underwear," Jimmy said before noting that inevitably having kids through surrogacy is"the best move we ever made" and that they're"so lucky" to have their two beautiful girls who are"the best things ever." Our hearts!
