Friends, which features April Wine founding member Jim Henman, will be performing at the Springside Community Centre on Nov. 26 at 7 p.m. - Wayne WalkerUPPER STEWIACKE, N.S. — Founding member of April Wine Jim Henman will be performing with his band Friends, consisting of Paul Eisan and Dan MacDonald at the Springside Community Centre Nov. 26 at 7 p.m.
Special guest Jeff Mosher will also be joining for this performance, primarily known as the lead vocalist and a saxophone player for the Halifax-based band The Mellowtones. A portion of the proceeds from the concert will be going to the Springside Community Centre. The community centre was a former church, having since been transformed by the Springside Community Centre Association in 2020. It is now used for community events and gatherings in Upper Stewiacke.
