“In our game, there were times in the red zone where maybe they weren’t as aggressive as they could’ve been,” Rodgers said of the Jets’ offense. “In our game we had a couple where we ran the ball, ran the ball. One of the toughest plays in football is third and goal from the 7 to the 10. There’s just not a lot of great plays in that situation. ... Those are tough situations.”
Obviously, the strategy didn’t work as the Jets left a lot of points on the board against a team they were badly outplaying for most of the day. And Monday, a day after the game, Saleh admitted those issues need to be ironed out as quickly as possible.
