ICYMI, Jessica Simpson did NOT hold back in her new memoir, OpenBook. 👀 14 revelations:
“I had to strip away all the self-medicating to feel the pain and figure out what was wrong,” she wrote in the introduction. “I’m still doing the work in therapy two times a week resolving those issues.”
While Simpson doesn’t know if she plans to be sober for the rest of her life, she is focusing on the now. “With this book, I want the freedom to say, ‘Well, there are no more secrets,’” she wrote. “I have grown into myself and come to a place where I want to be honest about my flaws. If I can do that in front of the world, then I can remain honest with myself.”
