A ' Jeopardy! ' contestant's fear of Taylor Swift fans came true when he returned for the ' Second Chance Tournament ,' but this time, he was prepared. Drew Goins originally appeared on the show in September and failed to answer a $800 clue about Taylor Swift's Grammy wins. His struggle with the question, which asked for the title of Swift's first Album of the Year Grammy, left him worried that he would face the wrath of Swifties.
'I got a Taylor Swift question wrong, and went home worried that the Swifties would come rip me out of my bed one night,' Goins joked on his return appearance. His brother seemingly took his fears seriously, preparing a practice board entirely focused on Taylor Swift for Goins' 'Second Chance' episode. Goins initially thought the board would cover various categories, but it turned out to be a full-blown Swift quiz. Luckily for Goins, this brotherly preparation paid off. During the Jan. 6 episode, he confidently answered a $200 clue about Swift's '1989' album, sending the studio audience into laughter. Goins' redemption has hopefully earned him some favor with the Swifties.
