Jeep's all-new 2022 Grand Cherokee will start over $50,000 in Canada — via drivingdotca Jeep GrandCherokee
The Grand Cherokee will come in five trims: Laredo, Limited, Trailhawk, Overland, and Summit. There will also be two packages available: the Altitude on the Laredo; and Reserve on the Summit. Pricing for the lineup ranges from $51,545 to $81,535, plus a destination fee of $2,095. All are built at the company’s new Detroit Assembly Complex, and will be available starting in the fourth quarter of 2021.
Three 4×4 systems are available, depending on the trim, all with an active transfer case that sends torque to the wheel with the most grip. New for 2022, the Grand Cherokee has front-axle disconnect, which automatically places the system in rear-wheel-drive if full traction isn’t required, and automatically re-engages when it is. The Trailhawk exclusively gets a new front sway-bar disconnect for improved articulation over rocks.
