Jason Derulo performs during Friday James Live 2019 at Western Springs Stadium on Nov. 17, 2019 in Auckland, New Zealand.On Saturday , the 30-year-old multi-hyphenate joined the popular"Wipe It Down" challenge on social media, which finds users spraying and wiping down a large mirror while revealing reflections of different character personalities between each wipe.
In his TikTok video, a shirtless DeRulo is seen cleaning a full-body mirror when he suddenly flinches after being bitten by a spider. Seconds later, he appears clad in spandex as the sarcastic superhero Spider-Man. After showing off a few dance moves, the wall-crawler shoots his web into the air and disappears.
"With great power comes great responsibility," Derulo captioned the clip, referencing a popular line from Spider-Man comics.. In one video, Derulo appears to bust out his front teeth while power-eating corn. Another shows him Quarantine-dancing to his"Savage Love" while wearing appropriate face coverings, but inappropriate social distancing.
