Jane Fonda apparently went rogue during a paid invite to the Vienna Opera Ball by wealthy Austrian shopping mall magnate Richard Lugner.Fonda during a press conference at Lugner Cinema on the evening of the annual Vienna Opera Ball.Fonda reportedly accepted the invite to Vienna under false pretenses, according to the Irish Times, explaining: “Until yesterday I thought I was going to the opera with this man, now I’ve learned that it’s a popular ball.

“I engage in civil disobedience, I get arrested just like people gluing themselves to the street, more people pay attention and, little by little, people start doing something,” she said.Lindsay Lohan accompanied Lugner to the Vienna Ball in 2010 and had a laundry list of demands.Pamela Anderson was another celebrity guest of honor invited to the Vienna Ball in previous years.

In previous years, Lugner has forked over a lot of dough to secure A-list arm candy for the annual ball, including Kardashian, who attended in 2014.“She’s filming [for ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’] and so she doesn’t want to have me around,” LugnerIn 2010, LugnerPamela Anderson, Dita Von Teese and the latehave also previously attended as Lugner’s paid guests — as did Lindsay Lohan, who also turned out to be something of a diva.
