TORONTO — The International Union of Operating Engineers Local 793 has fully endorsed Doug Ford and the Ontario Progressive Conservative Party as the Feb. 27 election day inches closer.

“The Ford government is investing a historic $2.5 billion through the Skills Development Fund to train the next generation of operating engineers, carpenters, electricians, pipefitters, boilermakers, ironworkers and all the other trades that this province so desperately needs,” reads a statement from the union.
