'We all know this is retaliation. There’s no way around it. I took a huge stand, put my career on the line and I don’t regret it,' Smalls tells ABC News. 'I don’t know how they even sleep at night for doing that.'

Smalls, who had worked for Amazon for five years, organized a worker walkout and protest outside the Staten Island facility, where he claims multiple employees have tested positive for the virus, which as of Tuesday morning had killed more than 900 people in New York City.Smalls told ABC News that while he was sent home on quarantine on Saturday, he has exhibited no symptoms of the virus.
