The veteran has been working with the Operation Build Up team to fix up the truck for months, thinking it was for a veteran in the program."I'm feeling honored and relieved, said Daniel Switkowski, a residential manager at the Arc of Monroe. "A lot of stuff is going on in my life and this is going to help a lot. I don't have a lot of words. It's amazing and I'm still a little bit in shock.
Operation Build Up is an organization of former Marines coming together to rebuild vehicles for veterans in need.
